Project Purpose
GGDolci was originally a pure B2B pastry supplier for hotels and restaurants in the UAE. After analyzing market behavior and consumer demand, we identified a strong opportunity to bring their premium desserts directly to customers through a dedicated e-commerce platform. Our objective was to create a complete online ecosystem capable of scaling from day one.
