Successful brand expansions to Dubai with a full rebrand and high-performing DTC e-commerce

Project Purpose
Hintime approached us with a clear challenge: transform a traditionally positioned Italian skincare and technology brand into a modern, Dubai-ready DTC brand. The goal was to completely rework the brand identity, reposition its communication and build an e-commerce experience capable of competing in the UAE beauty market. We executed a full rebranding focused on premium appeal, clarity and conversion, and developed a high-end e-commerce platform featuring animations, CRO enhancements and a DTC-focused product structure. Alongside the rebrand and website, we began shaping the performance strategy to introduce the brand into a new market with stronger messaging and a more compelling online presence.

Achieved Goals
The result was a complete transformation of Hintime’s digital identity, allowing the brand to break into the Dubai market with a stronger DTC narrative and a far more premium customer experience. The new e-commerce platform improved engagement, clarity and perceived value through animations, refined UX and CRO-focused layouts. Advertising efforts began with a new angle structure, improved messaging and performance-ready creatives, ensuring the brand could start acquiring high-quality leads and customers profitably. Hintime now operates with a modern identity, a conversion-driven online store and a foundation built for long-term growth in a competitive market.
